We are so excited to introduce our school’s new walk/ run club. Join Coach Rolfe and Coach Chefero every Monday and Wednesday after school for the Weightman Walk/ Run club. If you enjoy being active but need guidance/ motivation from friends or coaches, join us! The club will run from September 16 to November 22nd. Our goal is to bring students and staff together in a fun and healthy way. We plan to use a program called “Couch to 5k” where club members will train and hopefully have the opportunity to run in a community 5k at the end. This club is open to all experience levels, whether you run every week, or you’ve never run at all, you have a place here!
The club will start after school on the basketball courts at 2:45 pm and end at 4 pm. Students MUST be picked up each day by 4:00 pm.
